The Use of Technology

SSMR was commissioned by Siemens and Companycare to ascertain what is acceptable behaviour in business settings.  By running focus groups and conducting telephone interviews, a broad range of perceptions about the appropriateness of using IT or communication equipment in the workplace was revealed.

• How people make use of new technology in their homes
